I have graduated from Cleveland State University with a Master's in Computer Science & Information Systems in May 2020. During my Master's, I worked as a Business Analyst Intern for over a year at Sherwin-Williams. During this internship, I have applied my problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data reporting techniques to develop excellent data visualizations as per the stakeholders' requirements. I have created insightful reports in Tableau, provided analytical support for ad-hoc requirements for the business stakeholders, and performed automation for the reports to keep data integrity and data accuracy consistent. During my Student Network Engineer position at Cleveland state university, I used Power BI to develop performance reports to track Internet/Wi-Fi usage in the whole CSU campus area. Not only that, I have created several reports that showcased network usage trends, which helped the network team to distribute their server facilities, which reduced server power consumption by 22% in the CSU campus.
At the start of my career as an Analyst, I joined Colgate-Palmolive in the Jr. Business Analyst position. Within a year, I was promoted to an Associate Business Analyst position due to my discipline, time management, and performance as a team player. During my three years of tenure at Colgate, I spearheaded global finance projects for two APAC Business hubs that I successfully built using SAP ERP technology. Additionally, I conducted training for business users through WEB Ex and multiple On-site visits. Handled production support in the incident management team after the project went live for our business users.
Over the years, I honed my skills in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP BI, Microsoft Suite, MS Access, MS Excel, SharePoint, MySQL, and RStudio in an Agile framework. During my tenure in Colgate Palmolive I was chosen for Internal Management program `Indigo` where I have honed my skill set in Stakeholder management, Team collaboration, Requirements gathering techniques, Negotiation with stakeholders, Project goal completion in the required timeline, and Presentation. Considering my education and work experience, I have eight years of experience in the data analysis domain. I have a good amount of work experience in Finance (Colgate Palmolive) and HR Analytics (Sherwin Williams). I understand what it takes to implement innovative strategies based on data-driven insights. Also, I have been commended in the past for my clear communication style and my ability to translate complex data into concise and meaningful insights.
I am currently working as an Operations Analyst in the company Ludi Inc. It's a healthcare technology firm that simplifies the way hospitals and health systems track, manage, and audit payments to their physicians. I handle all the reporting & analytics requirements for various departments like Software Development, Marketing, and Implementation. In this role, I create interactive Power BI Dashboards which cater to different teams in the company.
